My overarching philosophy towards life can be encapsulated in the following principles:

"You can't build a reputation on what you intend to do." _ H Ford
A diminishing state implies the onset of decay.
The notion of settling is a deceptive mirage.
Life flourishes most in a continuous state of growth.
Growth is synonymous with life.
Growth IS Life.

Originating from the Republic of Congo, I obtained a Physics degree before moving to England in year 2000. Despite initial financial challenges leading to discontinuation of my BSc Computing at Leeds University, I soon secured a comprehensive computing qualification through an intensive Microsoft/City & Guild partnership program in PC Engineering and Network Technology.

Balancing a passion for show business and IT, I was predominantly self-employed until 2018 when I committed fully to IT. This marked the beginning of an ongoing journey of self-development, where I pursued further education and business development courses in computing.

Initially drawn to CISCO for my networking background, my focus rapidly shifted towards cloud computing, anticipating its future significance. I delved into Azure, combining self-employment to facilitate my qualifications. Despite lacking solid programming experience, I adapted on-the-go to complete tasks for my Azure journey, learning a programming language at a time among other skills as and when needed.

Over six years and counting, I progressed from fundamentals to becoming a certified Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, expanding into DevOps, data engineering, and security.

Identifying the need for broader computer science recognition, I undertook research leading me to CS50 at Harvard University. Unlearning to learn helped eliminate poor habits developped in the past and create room for more and better, facilitating a much needed refurbishment; the program surpassed my expectations, providing not only the desired coding experience but also intellectual challenges crucial for my career.

Diligently working on every single assignments and beyond on average 10 hours daily, 7 days a week, completed CS50 in just under 4 month with maximum score on all but 1 unit. CS50 has not only honed my programming skills but has instilled in me the thinking process of a computer scientist.

Now seeking a challenging and dynamic position that aligns with extensive skills in IT operations, Azure administration, and data engineering. With a proven track record in successfully navigating complex projects, I am eager to contribute my expertise to a forward-thinking organization. Microsoft-certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert and Harvard-accredited full stack developer, with expertise in AI and data engineering. Current Projects

Leading development of three innovative applications at Baobab Logix as follows:

AI-Powered Service Delivery Platform - A secure AI-powered web application that improves company service delivery by facilitating information access and communication between customers, clients, and staff. It uses cutting-edge technology such as LangChain to enable the query of a company-provided knowledge base by a Large Language Model (LLM) for fast and accurate information retrieval - making the chatbot virtually as accurate as the company wishes. Unlike LLMs based on vast and poorly vetted datasets, companies maintain complete control over their knowledge base, which can be provided through various sources (Word, PDF, website, etc.) and indexed into partitioned vector databases for precise information retrieval. This makes the chatbot a true domain expert. The platform includes a dedicated mail server that effectively manages support tickets, quote queries, compliments, and complaints. The result: reduced wait times, improved accuracy and reliability, faster responses, and significantly reduced support delays. As a permanent company asset, expertise remains with the organization even when critical experts depart, retire, or become unavailable due to illness or fatality.

Event-Oriented Social Media Platform - A social networking platform that integrates time management and event planning tools. Users can manage everything from daily to-do lists to major events like birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays. Features AI-powered recommendations for gifts, venues, and event accessories, while maintaining social media functionality for sharing, connecting, and engaging with others.

Independent AI Directory - Partnering with Bradford University's internship program (launching next academic year) to create an independent AI solutions directory. Students will test AI products, author reviews, classify, and score existing and upcoming AI solutions. Think of it as "Compare the Market" or Google for AI - a platform where the public can find suitable AI solutions while companies can track and improve their ratings.

For at least 3 years I worked as a BA or corporation representative for ASDA, ASUS, Microsoft, Dell and others...

My experience as a BA or brand specialiast allowed me to exercise and developed the following:
• Staff training & support, stock survey & analysis.
• PC, Laptop, AiO, Microsoft Surface hardware & software product consultation/expertise.
• Active selling & Reporting.
• Staff and customers Product demonstration and training.
• Commission & target driven.
• Face to face interaction with customers.
• Worked across ASDA, John Lewis and Curry's PC World stores across the region.
• On-going online and classroom-based hardware and software products training; including training for Microsoft products such as Windows 10/10S, Office 365, Microsoft Surface Pro/Book/Laptop and Surface Studio, Skype For Business, MS Team, Windows premium devices & others.
• Occasional travel to Microsoft Headquarter in Reading for training.
• Training & Development for Dell, AsusTek, and Microsoft ExpertZone(an online training & development forum for Microsoft technicians, clients, representatives, and associates).

Early Life

Born in the Republic of Congo, I did primary school, secondary school, college and university in French; earning Baccalaureate E before age 18.

A physics graduate from the Factulty of Science at University Marien Ngouabi. Admitted to Serie E(Industrial Engeneering option), an option reserved to the best students in the nation, I was national elite student.

Also, after passing an aptitude test with maximum score, I was the first Congolese admitted to Sedco Forex(an oilfield drilling contractor) 18-months supervisor development program(SDP) for materials procurements; a role reserved to expats until then. After SDP program completion, I worked for the company for about 3 years as a materials procurements coordinator.
